\n\t\t\t\t\tDevelops and implements procedures for assessing and recognizing learning outcomes, awarding and\/or confirming professional qualifications (hereinafter referred to as assessment procedures), which allow assessing learning outcomes acquired through formal, non-formal and informal education, prevent dishonesty, unfounded or erroneous decisions during assessment, ensure impartiality towards applicants, comply with the policy of equal opportunities and do not contain privileges or restrictions based on race, skin color, political, religious and other beliefs, gender, ethnic or social origin, property status, place of residence, or other characteristics.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEnsures the publication of information<\/a>
\n\t\t\t\t\tEnsures the publication of information on the conditions and procedures for assessment, on professional standards and requirements for assessing learning outcomes, and on the procedure for recognizing professional qualifications obtained in other countries.
