On November 25, 2025, representatives of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education, Director Iryna Deynega and Deputy Director Aram Danielyan, visited the VI International Forum “Human Capital: in the Focus of Transformations”. The event was organized by the National Qualifications Agency (NAK) of Ukraine. The event was held with the financial support of the European Union, Germany, Poland, Estonia and Denmark within the framework of the Multi-Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery, implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Solidarity Fund PL (SFPL).
This year’s forum became a platform for professional dialogue between representatives of the state, business, education, expert community, civil society organizations and international partners. The main focus was on the recovery of the economy through the development of human capital and the integration of Ukraine into the European Qualifications Area.
The main issues of the sessions were identified as:
- Ukraine in the European Union’s skills and employment ecosystem.
- Education is a need of the economy and the labor market.
- Professional qualifications in the areas of national security and defense.
- Professional qualifications in education.
- Development of innovative education in the formation of an inclusive labor market for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
Discussion of the above issues at the Forum allowed generating new ideas for their solution.
